Color: Pale yellow colour dynamized by tiny bubbles.

Nose: The nose is revealed by a flattering flower bouquet.

Palate: The palate is delicate and fresh. Many subtils aromas of honeysuckle and white flowers are easily recognizable.


Variety: Assembly of Melon B and Folle Blanche

Soil: Hercynien granits and gabro


Culinary associations: The Perles Enchanteuses fit perfectly an aperitif when served plain or in Kir Royal, and can follow a dessert to finish on an enchanting note.

Service: To be served between 10 and 11°C.

Conservation: Can be kept from 1 to 2 years.

It takes more than one year work on the wine to let it develop, thanks to a second slow fermentation, those tiny natural bubbles. There is not artificial carbon dioxide.
