Production: Short cutting of the vine.
Culinary associations: Muscadet élevé en Fûts accompanies harmoniously seafood and fishes. It also fits with white meat and cheeses. It sublimates a freshwater fish with Beurre Blanc (typical sauce from Nantes).
Service: To be served between 9 and 11°C.
Conservation: Can be kept up to 8 years.
